In his role, Morehouse will be responsible for overall project coordination, ranging from managing the construction process to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with budget, schedule, and quality of the work. Additionally, he will provide expert input on topics such as cost estimating, feasibility, industry trends, and constructability when collaborating with design professionals during pre-construction.
