New Interiors for Amcor Flexibles North America’s Oshkosh, Headquarters
Hoffman completes extensive renovation
(Appleton, Wis.) – Finishing touches on the interior renovation of Amcor Flexibles North America’s Oshkosh, Wis., headquarters building (formerly Bemis North America) were recently completed by Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc.
“The interior of the three-story building has an updated look and feel that will serve the company and employees well for years to come.”
Joe Truehart
Senior Project Manager
“It’s great to see the completion of this project, which was done in several phases as the building remained occupied throughout the project,” said Joe Truehart, senior project manager at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. “The interior of the three-story building has an updated look and feel that will serve the company and employees well for years to come.”
The renovation included new finishes – paint, flooring, and ceiling – in common areas, offices, conference rooms, corridors, and restrooms. In addition, the open and enclosed office spaces were reconfigured with new furniture. Conference rooms and lounge areas were added, as well as a new, larger lunchroom/kitchen, satellite kitchenettes, and vending areas to provide comfortable spaces with natural light. In total, roughly 90,000 sq. ft. of the building was renovated.
“This renovation allowed us to bring employees from multiple locations together in one building,” said Amcor Facilities Projects Manager Kim Kohlbeck. “Our renovated headquarters provides the space we need in a format that supports our work and the type of environment we want for our colleagues. With the completion of this project, our colleagues now enjoy several amenities that support how they move through their day, including meeting and collaboration spaces well paired with attractive dining and vending locales for refreshment.”
