Meanwhile in Ashwaubenon, Hoffman is leading the effort to convert the former Grazies Italian Grill into Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza on Oneida Street. The new restaurant is expected to open in late March, joining three other Parker John’s locations in Menasha, Sheboygan, and Kiel.

“We are pleased to have found a partner in Hoffman to help us bring Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza to the Green Bay area,” commented owner Aaron Sloma.

Hoffman is also providing design and construction services for the renovation and expansion of ACOCA Coffee on College Avenue in Appleton. Construction is expected to begin in spring and includes an upgraded full-service kitchen, a new coffee roasting space, and additional spaces for customers to sit and relax. The nearly 4,000 sq. ft. project is expected to be completed by early summer.
