Hoffman also welcomes Shawn Farlow, who will serve as the firm’s new business developer for the local commercial market. A former combat medic in the U.S. Navy, Shawn brings more than 25 years of sales and business development experience to Hoffman, including 16 years developing employer-sponsored health care strategies.
In his role with the firm, Farlow seeks to develop relationships with existing and prospective commercial clients throughout northeast and central Wisconsin, helping organizations identify facility solutions that support their long-term goals.
"Shawn has a strong track record of success in the healthcare industry, along with a positive, solutions-oriented approach that helps him build meaningful relationships and earn trust quickly," said Chad Ulman, Hoffman chief operating officer and executive vice president. "His industry expertise, business development experience, and collaborative mindset will strengthen our ability to serve clients and expand our presence in the commercial market. We're excited to welcome Shawn to the team and look forward to the impact he'll make for our clients and Hoffman."
