“Nichole is a strongly ethical professional with the integrity and values that match perfectly with Hoffman, and we are lucky to have her on our team,” said Jody Andres, Hoffman owner and K-12 market leader. “We expect Nichole to use her invaluable superintendent experience to guide school districts through the entire referendum process and her educator insight in the planning, design, and construction process for our school district team members.”

In addition to her time as a superintendent and principal, Schweitzer served in roles as curriculum director, special education director, and business education teacher.

Schweitzer is the second education expert to recently join the Hoffman team, alongside Mindy Crowley, who supports school districts in Minnesota. Over the past 30 years, Hoffman has partnered with more than 80 school districts and private and charter schools.
