SENIOR LIVING
Woodside Senior Communities
Scope: Renovation/Expansion and New Construction | Area: 31,000 sq ft & 41,600 sq ft | Completion Date: Fall 2014 & Fall 2015
Woodside Senior Communities selected Hoffman to renovate and expand their full continuum of care senior living campus in Green Bay.
The design and construction project, which followed a master planning effort guided by Hoffman, was completed in two phases.
Phase one, completed in the fall of 2014, featured the design and construction of a new 20-unit memory care assisted living facility. Fourteen new units were added to an existing six unit neighborhood which was renovated to form the campus’ newest neighborhood. The new program for services includes dining, activity, and social areas as well as an exterior courtyard. Phase one also included the renovation of portions of the Primrose neighborhood, one of Woodside’s skilled nursing areas.
"Our goal from the start was to reposition our campus in order to expand and enhance the services we offer to meet the needs of the market for the next 20 years. Our collaboration with Hoffman has helped us achieve this goal."

former Executive Director
Phase two of the project, completed in November of 2015, is highlighted by the addition of a 49-unit, fully outfitted rehabilitation center, Woodside Rehab. The rehab center features a home-like setting, state-of-the-art therapy gym with mock apartment, and private suites and includes dining, activity, and social areas along with a new primary entrance to the Woodside campus.
The campus repositioning project was geared toward growing the diversity of care and enhancing the already high quality of service that Woodside has provided the community since opening their doors in 1968.
