U.S. Venture’s primary goal for the 59,000 square foot office building was to bring together multiple business divisions previously located at several sites while keeping its headquarters in the community. Just as important, the three-story facility was to be designed and built using green principles and practices and be a model of sustainability for company Associates, visitors, and the community.

While the building’s design and construction utilized numerous sustainable features, a significant highlight is the use of over 20,000 square feet of reclaimed materials from various Wisconsin facilities. This effort contributed to the building’s striking design and helped reduce the impact on virgin materials.
