The layout of the 23,000 square foot facility is that of two distinct buildings—one for the clinical practice of the physicians and medispa (located on the second floor) and the other for the outpatient surgery and recovery center (found on the main floor).
Although each area is designed to function independently, the facility is one connected building, offering efficiency and convenience for the shared staff. Due to the sensitive nature of The Renaissance Center, the project included a heated, enclosed garage for patients’ privacy and protection while entering or exiting the facility and tinted windows throughout the center which allow patients to see out, but keep outsiders from seeing in.
