The center of the campus is a two-story, 76-unit independent living/assisted living community. The 102,600-square foot building includes 36 independent living and 40 assisted living units. Residents can relax and enjoy the company of others in a variety of common areas, including a first-floor cafe, fire side lounge, dining area, and exterior courtyard with gazebo.
In addition to spacious resident rooms, the second floor contains a pub, theater room, and wellness center. Located behind the IL/AL facility is a 23,300-square foot, 24 apartment memory care community. Completing the campus are five independent living villas—each a two-family, single story building measuring roughly 1,680 square feet—located on the south side of the IL/AL facility. The campus was designed for future development, including a clubhouse and five additional independent living villas.
