their campus in Crown Point, Indiana, whose lifestyle options include independent living in the Villas and apartments in Greenview Terrace Suites, assisted living in the Hearthstone, and extended healthcare in the Pavilion. An implementation plan was conceived to break the project down into manageable, easily financed phases, giving Lutheran Life Communities the flexibility to adjust to the needs of the marketplace. Phases I and 2 of the master plan focused on the importance of repositioning the campuses’ independent living amenities. This included the addition of 20 new duplex villas and 57 apartment suites on the open northwest parcel of the Wittenberg Village campus.
