Hoffman was hired to provide Total Project Management services, including assistance with site selection and land acquisition, for this corporate office and north central regional manufacturing facility located in the Appleton Northeast Industrial Park.

The one-story building features 40’ by 80’ structural bays in the plant and warehouse, 24’ clear plant interior, five receiving docks, seven shipping docks, full sprinkler system, insulated precast wall paneled exterior and a slab on grade foundation.
