The 32,500 sq. ft. facility was converted into a mixed-use structure that includes both commercial space as well as apartments/lofts.

The entire interior of the building was renovated while minimal exterior work was conducted, which included staining the brick, installing new windows, and adding a large-scale mural on the east side of building.

The basement and first floor are commercial spaces while the second and third floors are apartments. A fourth story was added to the building for a total of 14 apartments. The fourth-floor addition is part of the third-floor loft units with common apartment space on the third floor and the bedroom and master bath of the loft addition on the top floor. Two of the seven loft units feature a patio/deck that offers a gorgeous view of Main Street and the marina across the way
