The goal of the Master Plan was to determine the best path forward to bring their care sisters (living outside the city in a care facility owned by FSPA) together with their retired and assisted sisters living in St. Rose Motherhouse. Through many focus groups and facilitation with both Leadership and the membership, it was decided that FSPA would renovate St. Rose to accommodate all levels of care and move those living off-site to the Motherhouse.
Renovations at St. Rose were comprised of remodeling significant portions of the buildings to specifically accommodate skilled and memory care residents; adding new community spaces, wellness and support facilities; updating dining and food service areas; installling two new elevators; and creating accessible entrances.
