Designed to blend in with other downtown Appleton, Wisconsin buildings, the hotel contains 73 suites and rooms—including 12 whirlpool and 20 fireplace suites—three business conference/boardrooms, whirlpool and fitness center, full-service spa, breakfast lounge, lobby bar, and restaurant.

The area’s first high-end “boutique concept” hotel, the CopperLeaf is located within walking distance to a vast shopping area and the city’s Performing Arts Center. Because the facility’s design needed to “feel like home” and include high-end amenities, the CopperLeaf was modeled after smaller, family owned and operated European hotels.
