CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel & Spa
Scope: New Construction | Area: 61,000 sq ft | Completion Date: January 2004
Hoffman’s innovative Total Project Management delivery process was critical in creating the five-story, 61,000 square foot CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel.
Designed to blend in with other downtown Appleton, Wisconsin buildings, the hotel contains 73 suites and rooms—including 12 whirlpool and 20 fireplace suites—three business conference/boardrooms, whirlpool and fitness center, full-service spa, breakfast lounge, lobby bar, and restaurant.
The area’s first high-end “boutique concept” hotel, the CopperLeaf is located within walking distance to a vast shopping area and the city’s Performing Arts Center. Because the facility’s design needed to “feel like home” and include high-end amenities, the CopperLeaf was modeled after smaller, family owned and operated European hotels.
