Community Medical Center of Green Lake

Seeking to partner with a single firm offering planning, design, and construction services, as well as expertise in sustainability, Community Health Network and Ripon Medical Center selected Hoffman to oversee the creation of the Community Medical Center of Green Lake in Wisconsin.
The 8,800 square foot clinic/medical office building features a nurses’ station, central business office, a series of exam rooms, a radiation suite, lab area, multi-purpose health education room, and procedure area. Exam rooms boast oversized windows with translucent glass on the lower two-thirds and transparent glass on the top third, ensuring both maximum daylight and privacy. Collaboration with the doctors early in the design phase provided valuable input and helped develop an effective exam room layout, allowing for the best possible doctor/patient interaction.
Anticipating potential needs of the Green Lake community, the medical center is prepped for future clinic expansion, including a pharmacy, physical and occupational therapy center, and critical care unit.
