Clintonville Public School District - Hoffman

Scope: Renovation & Additions; New Construction | Area: Clintonville High & Middle School – Remodel 14,000 sq ft New Construction 60,550 sq ft | Clintonville Elementary School – Remodel 36,000 sq ft | Completion Date: Fall 2023

Seeking to maximize school and community use of their sites and facilities, the Clintonville Public School District selected Hoffman in April of 2019 to provide comprehensive master planning services and assist them in preparing for a future $37 million referendum.

These services included site analysis, facility assessments, development of site and facilities alternatives, and project estimating.

While leading the master planning effort, Hoffman facilitated a Planning Committee process, gathered information through interviews and community surveys, and provided site and facility needs findings and recommendations. Following a community survey, Hoffman presented the District with a final recommendation that led to a community referendum. With the District’s referendum passing in November of 2020, Hoffman has since provided design services and is now overseeing construction.
