The complete renovation of the eight-story hotel included a combination of 176 executive and whirlpool/fireplace suites and standard rooms; high-quality, state-of-the-art meeting and banquet facilities; a fitness center; swimming pool and hot tub; lobby and office spaces; outdoor patio with service bar and fireplace; and the addition of a full-menu restaurant, the Ground Round at River’s Edge.
Additionally, the project required the replacement of all heating and air conditioning piping/ductwork, boilers, and chillers, a new roof membrane, and elevator renovations in the 131,000 square foot hotel.
