The nearly 12,200 square foot facility includes numerous sustainable elements, such as the use of natural light, low VOC (volatile organic compounds) materials, recycled materials, and the diversion of over 75% of construction waste from landfills. These efforts assisted in the clinic earning LEED® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The pediatric clinic features a reception area, children’s play area, office spaces, laboratory and x-ray spaces, a conference room, and staff lounge.

Hoffman has partnered with Affinity on several clinic projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin, including locations in Brillion, Darboy, Little Chute, the Town of Menasha and the new clinic in downtown Neenah.
