Hoffman provided construction services to Affinity Medical Group on the development of their new two-story clinic in Neenah, Wisconsin.
The facility, which provides a variety of services, from family medicine and rehabilitation to sports medicine and urgent care, replaced their previous Neenah clinic.
The 31,500 square foot facility, whose primary goal is providing an enhanced patient experience, contains numerous sustainable features focused on providing a healthy medical environment,
such as exceptional indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and high-performance electric lighting integrated with natural light and views. Construction of the facility included the installation of low-flow, water saving plumbing fixtures; the use of low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) interior materials; and a waste management plan that diverted more than 95% of construction and demolition debris from landfills.
Designed and constructed with a sustainable approach to offer a healthy facility for patients, the clinic earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The Neenah facility is the fifth Affinity clinic Hoffman has built in the Fox Valley since 2005 that has earned LEED certification.
