Facing a complete interior renovation of a recently vacant space, Hoffman remodeled the 30,900 sq. ft. suite into a modern office environment. The move to the new office enables AZCO to house more than 100 of their employees.

The new facility features amenities such as an open concept space that includes 12 private offices, 10 conference rooms, space for 120 cubicles, a board room with sound suppression and wired for advanced technology, a photography studio, and an employee fitness area.

Construction on the space began in July 2022 and was completed just seven months later, allowing AZCO to begin moving into their new home in February 2023.
