Randy Bremhorst Vice President of Design; Senior Living Market Leader; Owner

With over 30 years experience in the design and construction industry, Randy works in collaboration with clients while leading fellow Hoffman design and construction experts in the understanding of owner programming needs and design goals. His primary objective is to lead his teammates and clients toward the most creative idea and responsible solution. Randy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s School of Architecture, which included a year in the Rome Studies Program, and a member of the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments. He has presented to numerous industry organizations on the topics of integrating resident-centered care and sustainability and approaches to project development delivery, including LeadingAge Iowa and Illinois’ Life Services Network.
