A Journey of Transformation
Hoffman brings insight to RCRI National Conference
(Appleton, Wis.) – Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. will again bring its expertise to the Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) National Conference this week in Dallas, Texas.
Patrick Del Ponte, Hoffman’s Vice President of Planning, will be joined by Sr. Toni Harris, OP, Prioress of the Dominicans of Sinsinawa and Dr. Ted Dunn of Comprehensive Consulting Services in St. Louis for “A Journey of Transformation.”
“Many religious organizations are going through a transition driven by demographic and other changes,” Del Ponte said. “As a result, religious communities find that they need to adapt their approach to mission, community and stewardship of resources.”
Hoffman has a rich history of partnering with women religious congregations, having served more than 50 congregations throughout the United States. Hoffman’s expertise in sustainable planning, design, construction, and renewable energy has helped congregations perpetuate their missions while having a positive impact on the environment.
In Wisconsin, Hoffman’s religious collaborations include the Dominicans of Sinsinawa (Sinsinawa), Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration (La Crosse), Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross (Green Bay), Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother (Oshkosh), the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes (Fond du Lac), and the Benedictine Women of Madison.
This is the ninth time in the past 11 years that Hoffman has been among the presenters at the RCRI National Conference.
The Resource Center for Religious Institutes is an organization created to serve the needs of Catholic communities of religious women and men. They help congregations navigate the many complexities related to taxes and tax-exemption, corporate structure, internal organizational setup, finance, administration and canon law. They work with hundreds of religious institutes and societies of apostolic life from all over the United States and from several foreign countries.
