Hoffman Welcomes New Market Development Leader

(Appleton, Wis.) – Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc., the area’s leading Design – Build firm, is proud to announce that Barbara Koldos has joined the firm as its Market Development Leader.

“We’re extremely excited to welcome Barbara to our team,” said Sam Statz, Hoffman president and majority owner. “Barbara’s diverse experience and industry knowledge will be a great asset for Hoffman as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining Hoffman, Koldos served as Community Business Development Manager for Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Green Bay. She also previously held positions with the Howard-Suamico School District and Somerville Architects and Engineers in Green Bay.

In her role at Hoffman, Koldos will be responsible for identifying, initiating contact, and managing ongoing relationships with potential clients and strategic partners throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

“Due to my experience in design and construction, Hoffman’s fully integrated services approach has me excited to return to the industry and be a part of the Hoffman team,” Koldos said. “I look forward to partnering with our clients to achieve their business aspirations.”

Koldos earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and is active in the community with the Women’s Fund Advisory Board and the Literacy Green Bay Board of Directors. She also serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters after volunteering as a Big Sister from 2012 to 2016.
