PROFILE: Hoffman's ability to partner with leaders in ambulatory surgery center design is key to this project's success. The 25,500 sq.ft., two-story facility includes a basement with conference room and storage; a first floor ambulatory surgery center with five operating rooms, and a second floor plastic surgery practice with four procedure rooms, two exam rooms, photo rooms, digital x-ray imaging, and offices. Tuscan columns and molding with exterior patios round out the architectural design.

Sustainable design features include clerestory windows for natural lighting, the use of recyclable and renewable materials, energy efficient indoor lighting and HVAC systems, and using on-site recycling methods during construction.
