Necedah Area School

PROFILE: The building provides separate “houses” for preschool, elementary school, middle school and high school. The “houses” allow each grade level combination to function as a smaller school environment, while at the same time, sharing the IMC, gymnasium and commons areas. The building was designed for easy expansion and includes state-of-the-art technology capabilities and technical education facilities.

TPM: Hoffman provided Total Project Management services to the Necedah Area School District, including assisting with all phases of planning, referendum assistance, architectural design and construction services for this new PreK-12 school. The Necedah Area School is a strong focal point for the community, and Hoffman's ability to truly provide a single source of responsibility throughout the entire project was a great benefit.
