“Living so close to the office, I'm able to practice sustainability on a daily basis. I walk to and from work nearly every day, which is refreshing and great exercise. And by not using a vehicle, I not only save in my pocket book, but I am also able to impact my immediate environment personally, such as
less use of fossil fuels, less emissions into the air, and one less car in the ramp. In addition, I'm also spending more time downtown. This allows me the opportunity to get to know the people and places immediately surrounding me and to invest my dollars close to home.”
