When Hoffman was selected by the School District of Mondovi to review its building needs and plan upgrades, Sean Duncanson was particularly interested in being part of the project. As the district prepares to take an $18 million referendum plan to voters on Nov. 6, the 1984 Mondovi grad, and Hoffman project manager, is hopeful that the project wins approval. The projects at Kennedy Elementary, Woodview Elementary and Grafton High School—designed and constructed by Hoffman—came after a $39.9 million building referendum was approved in April 2017.
